Healthy Carrotcake
You should try it, it taste so good and there are only good stuff in it. Healthy Fats, Carbs and Protein !

Ingredients:
240 grams flour
( i used 100 grams coconut flour and 140 grams of wholewheat flour)
2 tsp backing powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
100-150 grams sugar ( i used coconut sugar) you can also take stevia!
183 grams of unsweetend apple sauce
118 ml oil ( i used coconut oil)
410 grams grated carrots
Filling:
100 grams light cream cheese
100 grams light sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
stevia
Preheat the oven ( 175°C)
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. I a large bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the sugar, apple sauce and the oil and mix until all ingredients are combined. Then add the dry ingredients into the wet ones. Then fold in the carrots, again only until combined. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Mix the ingredients for the filling and put it in the fridge. When the cake is ready, let it cool very good !! when the cake is cold, cut them into two halfs and fill the cake with the filling.
On top you can put a little bit of cocoa powder.
