Daily Fitness and Health Checklist

Daily Checklist

  • have a glass of water upon waking up!
  • have a healthy breakfast to jump start the day
  • have at least 20 mins of movement/ exercise :




-Cardio
-Weight Training
-Walk outside
-Yoga
-Online Workout
-Sport/ Practice
-Biking/Roller Blading/ Etc.
-Other (...)

  • Stretch
  • Had a balanced clean healthy lunch
  • Had a balanced clean healthy dinner
  • Kept myself full with healthy snacks
  • Minimized junk food / processed foods
  • Get to bed a decent hour
  • Meditate or have quiet time !
  • Recorded progress or things I am thankful for !
