This was my Dinner yesterday, and I can say that it was amazing!!
Salmon with Spinach-egg on cottage cheese and cocktail tomatoes :
You need: 1 Portion of Salmon
3 Egg whites
garlic
3 Tsp Cottage cheese
5 Cocktail tomatoes
1 cup fresh spinach
3-4 roses broccoli
Preparing:
Grill the salmon in a pan until the salmon become a nice color. Add the spinach and the garlic in the pan and cook them. Add the 3 eggwhites and the tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper for better taste.
Serve the veggies and salmon with cottage cheese and enjoy!!
Total : 270 calories !
