Healthy Sandwich

Hello Guys :)
For Lunch Tody I am have a whole grain sandwich with low fat cottage cheese , turkey , salad and cucumber.
In the box is 1 carrot and 1/4 cucumber.
It was delicious!

Motivation for the day :)

I will share with you some motivation pictures, to stay motivate!! Enjoy your day!

Grilled Chicken with Zucchini and Mushrooms

Hello Guys :)
English : This was my lovely Lunch! So delicious !

You need : 1 Portion of Chickenbreast
1/2 Zucchini
4 Cherry Tomatoes
4 -5  fresh Mushrooms 
3 Tablespoons Alpro Soya Cooking Cream light
vegetable oil
salt,pepper

Fry the chicken breast with not to much  vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon is enough! Put the chicken breast in the oven for a juicy chickenbreast, 50-100 degree .
Sliced the vegetables and give them in the pan where the chicken were fried.
Flavor the vegetables with salt and pepper:) Give the soya cream to the vegetables and let it cooking for 2 minutes !

Enjoy it ! 






German: Zutaten:

1 Hähnchenbrust

1/2 Zucchini
4 Cherry Tomaten
4-5 Champignons, frische
3 EL Alpro Soja Sahne zum Kochen light 
Pflanzenöl ( Rapsöl)
Salz und Pfeffer

Brate die Hähnchenbrust mit 1 EL Öl goldbraun an. Stelle die Hähnchenbrust in den Ofen (50-100 grad) damit sie schön saftig bleibt!
Schneide das Gemüse und lege sie in die Pfanne wo auch die Hähnchenbrust gebraten wurde. Würze das Gemüse mit Salz und Pfeffer und füge die Sahne hinzu. Lass alles für 3min kochen.

1 hour Bodyworkout

It was great ! I feel great and I am proud of me that I don't give up ! What's with you Guys? Did you feel good after Workout too?

Strawberry-Coconut Protein Shake

You need :
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
1cup of Strawberrys
2 tsp of coconut chips
Stevia or honey for the sweetness

Put all in the mixer and mix it until smooth.

Enjoy it! It is a perfect snack, before and after workout!
